CrossFit Masters is for people who feel more comfortable training with others who are 40 years & older. While the classes are still CrossFit, with the same high intensity and functional training that goes on in the regular classes, adaptations and alternatives to exercises are commonly given and regularly used. The classes have a strong focus on warm up and mobility, which prepares you well for the workouts.
