CrossFit classes provide a comprehensive training experience. Each class starts with a warm up & mobility, followed by a weightlifting/powerlifting movement or movement skill and finishes off with a Workout of the Day (WOD) & , for those who are not pressed for time, mobility.
We aim to provide high quality coaching to individuals in a comfortable group setting. We design our workouts to be constantly challenging but appropriate to your fitness and general health. Through training with us you will move better, feel good & look great!
