Łukasz been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, with CrossFit, coaching and training being the main focus since 2012.
Łukasz is qualified as a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer, CrossFit Weightlifting Coach, British Weightlifting Level 1 Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer. He is also qualified as a RockTape RockDoc (kinesiology taping), Silver level Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor, PADI Scuba Diving Instructor and BootCamp Instructor.
Łukasz believes in the CrossFit methodology simply because it works. It's also exciting, challenging and has a worldwide community of like-minded positive people.
One of his favourite aspects of coaching is helping people to achieve the confidence to do something that they thought impossible. You always learn something with every training session and that makes training exciting. Łukasz can encourage you to push yourself harder and to achieve fitness levels previously beyond your grasp and imagination.

Fondness For Running
While everyone else finds the pull ups and press ups of Murph a challenge, for Łukasz it's the running.
Focus Without Food
Loses focus (and interest in anything else) if he hasn't eaten enough!
Łukasz can string together a fair number of double unders, but just watch if he forgets to change out of his lifting shoes.
